Concussion Service

Habit Health’s Nationwide Concussion Service helps you to manage and recover from the effects of mild to moderate brain injury.

Dependent on your recovery pathway, you will have access to a range of clinical experts to support your journey to wellness. On referral to our service, you will be contacted for an initial assessment from which your recovery plan will be developed, and you will be introduced to other members of the Concussion Service team according to your needs.

Getting better takes time, we are here to support you to return to life roles and activities that are important to you. You may be referred to this service by your GP, a hospital, or directly from ACC.
